First let me say how happy I am with the level of customer service I've gotten from Watchuwant.com. Second I love my PAM 220 this is exactly what i was looking for. Now for the story about how you were able to help me when the big retailers could not... So I walk in to Tourneu on 57th in NYC and they direct me to the third floor for Panerai. As I get close I notice a very interesting sight, the Panerai case is totally empty except for one watch (not the one I want of course). Every other case in the store is full, not a blank space to be seen but Panerai has one lonely watch left. Of course I then went over to Wempe and was told that they had no more Panerai watches and if I was interesting in another brand, I was not. Thats when I went to my computer and found Watchuwant.com After looking on the site for quite some time I placed a call and spoke with Jeff who was very helpful and was able to get me the PAM 220 that I had been looking for. - I';m writing to thank you for yet another flawless and trouble-free transaction! It's comforting to me to know that I';ve finally found an honest, knowledgeable Panerai sales (and Panerai guru) company in WatchUwant. I always feel like my business is appreciated, which is not all that common anymore.
That said, I think the reason I keep coming back to you for a watch purchase is your seemingly endless knowledge of each Panerai model made, and your outstanding selection of new and collectible Panerai. And I can';t forget to thank you for your excellent overnight shipping. You probably don't know that I had a really bad on-line buying experience before discovering WatchUwant. I lost a few thousand dollars that I'll never see again after falling victim to an online fraudulent seller.
After this incident, I thought I would just give up my Panerai passion. So, it was with great caution that I initially contacted you. I had a couple of watches to trade and frankly was leery of trying to do business with someone on the internet. I've discovered over the years that there is always someone who will sell a product for less money, with pretty goods service that most of the time will send out a purchase on time, and usually the product is O.K. But I no longer think those types of savings are worth the risk, particularly when dealing with Panerai and other great watches. With Watchuwant, I know that everything will be terrific. - I just bought 2 Pams from OJ and one turned out to be not running 100. Oj took it back and offered to repair at his cost, i actually changed my mind about that model and OJ is going to get me another pam and refund the balance. The other pam i already received is perfect. His prices are a bit more than here on the board or other grey markets, but are still in the fair range and the extra cash is well spent in service and peace of mind from knowing your dealing with someone who knows a lot about panerai and will stand behind the watch he's selling you.

- I just completed another transaction with OJ Whatley of Watch U Want who always seems to have the most unbelievable inventory on hand of watches mostly Panerai of course. I previously have bought and sold Panerai, Rolex, and Audemars Piguet with OJ. I am writing because with all the scam artists lurking on ebay and on these forums trying to rip us off it is a pleasure to know that there are some that are really honest like OJ. There is a twist of why I am writing. I ordered a PAM 199 Regatta Sub from OJ last week. He sent it to me the next day without even asking for money or verifying my payment into his account. WOW that is Trust. After I got the watch I decided I did not want to keep it. He took it back and paid for shipping at his expense and at his insistence and refunded my money with no questions asked. Now that is an iron clad warranty and 100% no questions asked return policy that is incredible. I recommend him highly.
