All advertised prices on the website are discounted to reflect payment via cash, wire transfer, cashier’s check, company check or personal check and do not include shipping. Additional payment options are available and should be discussed with us to determine if you are qualified. All sales in the State of Florida are subject to applicable Sales Tax as required by law. Please note that retail prices are provided as a point of reference and are based on our best research at the time of posting.

We accept certified checks, cashier’s checks, wire transfers and money orders for immediate shipping. Personal checks and credit cards are accepted but please allow up to 10 business days for payments to clear our account. We accept Paypal from verified Paypal members only and ship to verified Paypal addresses only. For credit card orders, we will ship only to billing addresses unless written authorization is received from the person named on the credit card.

Our sales and customer service hours are 11:00am – 7:00pm Eastern Monday through Friday with additional hours on Saturday upon request. Additionally, we can see private clients in our office by appointment. Please call and arrange for your private showing in advance to ensure that we have the proper inventory available to meet your needs.

US BUYERS: All items are shipped by FedEx Overnight delivery with Adult Signature Required and insured for full purchase price against theft, damage, or loss while in transit. We professionally package each and every item to protect from damage while in shipment. All items are packaged discreetly and without declared value. Due to the nature of our items, all items are and will be covered by full third party insurance in the event of loss/theft. We ship worldwide with buyers being responsible for shipping charges, insurance and any customs/duties fees that may be incurred. Insurance is not optional because all items must be insured against loss or theft. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We have extensive expertise in shipping high-end value watches to non-US customers. All items are shipped via FedEx Priority Global delivery and are insured for full purchase price against theft, damage or loss while in transit. Please call us, as shipping rates change depending on value of merchandise and location. We ship worldwide with buyers being responsible for shipping charges, insurance and any customs/duties fees that may be incurred. Insurance is not optional because all items must be insured against loss or theft.

Items that were purchased from our inventory and not Special Order Pieces may be returned within 3 days for a full refund. To receive a refund on non-Special Order Pieces, you must call us to discuss the situation and receive shipping authorization. Item has to be in its original condition and inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes and warranties as shipped by WatchUWant. Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches or any indication that the watch has been worn or sized in any manner. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover any credit card fees, financing charges, insurance costs and shipping expenses. Restocking fees may be waived on exchanges of higher value. Any dispute relating in any way for products sold through WatchUWant shall be adjudicated in any court in Broward County, Florida and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

WatchUWant reserves the right to refuse service or sales or cancel any order at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and policies at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
