Audemars Piguet - AP Offshore Chronograph - 44mm Stainless Steel/Tantalum SPECIAL LTD EDITION (Sincere Boutique-only 50 pcs!)

To celebrate its recent 50th anniversary in business, Sincere Watches commissioned over 15 luxury watch manufacturers to design and create an exclusive special edition suite of watches in very limited quantities to be offered to their most valued clients. Almost all of the watches were sold out at the gala event which celebrated the release of these much prized watches. What makes this watch and its brother, the lighter grey dial so special is that the cases and bezels are made of tantalum which is among the hardest material to work with in modern watchmaking. Tantalum has the highest melting point of any metal used in watchmaking and to date, only 3 luxury watch companies use this metal in their watches. There had never been any other Offshore 44mm chronographs released in tantalum other than these 50 pieces in 2 different dial variations.
