The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Tour Auto 2009 Chronograph was released to mark the fourth year of AP’s partnership as “Official Timekeeper” of the Tour Auto Lissac. This model is a limited edition watch with only 100 pieces being released.
Audemars Piguet designed this watch with many references to automobile racing. The black dial decorated with red counters evokes the checkered flag and the bright-red hands bring to mind the instrument panels of race cars. Even the presentation case, in the form of a competition "gas cap", captures the motor-racing feel. The watch was available exclusively at the Paris boutiques.
