The Breitling Emergency is a unique and super cool watch. The Emergency houses a built in transmitter that broadcasts on the 121.5 MHz Aircraft Emergency Frequency. The signal reaches 90 nautical miles and in optimal conditions can easily reach more than 200 nautical miles, and is monitored by the National Guard, Coast Guard and other emergency response teams who are dispatched to your location in an actual emergency. To activate the transmitter, you unscrew the crown at the bottom of the watch and a 4 foot antenna extends out. The Emergency is also houses a COSC certified Swiss Quartz movement and is water resistant to 330 feet.
