At the heart of this individually numbered special edition Cartier timepiece rests a Caliber 045MC single pusher chronograph movement, meaning only one pusher is needed to operate the triple-function chronograph. This complicated movement allows the crown of the watch to function not only as the winding mechanism, but also allows it to control the start, stop, and reset the chronograph feature.

These watches come in three sizes; the original smallest size, the regular and the the XL. This is the largest, XL case measuring 35mm of 18k Rose Gold.
