This is absolutely the largest non-chrono Cartier Santos 100 case size, made at 41mm.  The only way to get larger is to go to the Santos Chronograph case, which is approximately 3mm larger but is not made or offered on a stainless steel bracelet.  It is only available on an alligator strap.
