Roberto Carlotti (Italian), a disciple of Franck Muller, founded European Company Watch (ECW) in 2001.  He has been working in the watch industry since the mid-1970's.

Designed after the intrepid watches of the Italian Navy.

"Tonneau-shaped" case is made of a solid block of steel, and is accessible by only one screw in the back of the case.
