This watch is cool--the hours indicating the time seem to be randomly spread around the dial but in fact there is a method to the madness.  The hour numbers are spread out so that there are 3 hours between each of them and every time the minute hand hits 12:00 position, the hour hand jumps 4 hours.  It is an ingenious and very unique design that makes this watch stand apart from the crowd. 

In terms of case size, the 7851 is absolutely one of my favorite case sizes--it is large and oversized, feels great but not massive.  Large enough to know you are wearing it but not so large so that it is clunky or cumbersome, and this watch would look right at home worn with a suit or with a pair of jeans.  It is just that versatile.  The Casablanca or Curvex case sizes in ascending order from smallest to largest case size looks like this:  2852, 5850, 6850, 7850, 7851, 7880, 8080, 8880, and 9080 as the largest Casablanca case size.  IMO the 7851 is just perfect as a slightly oversized watch that can be worn for any occasion, sporty, yet still refined and timeless!!!!
