 The Panerai 44mm PAM 002-D Luminor Marina is a large manual wind Panerai  It is a Luminor base model which was only produced between 1997-2001. This Panerai watch is water resistant up to 300m and unlike most Panerai has no subsidiary seconds dial. The last year this watch was produced there were only 1200 pieces made. This is a very difficult watch to find!
