This particular model has the new-style easier strap removal system rather than the screw in straps. It also features uni-directional bezel which is marked with minute increments between 12 and 3 O'clock and has a ratchet click at minute intervals. This watch also has a dial accented with SuperLuminova luminescence. Tritium glows without any external light to charge the luminescent material but never glows as brightly or as crisp as SuperLuminova, however SuperLuminova requires an external source, i.e. sunlight or light shined on the material to be charged and at that point glows like a flashlight.The PAM24-L is the kind of watch you really want to dive with.
