The PAM 48 J is the quintessential 40mm Panerai. The sparse open dial screams 'less is more' with its bold 12 and 6 o'clock Arabic number hour markers and fat stick markers for the other hour markers. The 40mm automatic marina PAM 48 J is similar in design and appearance to its big brother, the pam 104 44mm Marina Automatic, with one exception; the PAM 48 J 40mm marina features a lightly satin brushed case with contrasting high polished bezel whereas the 44mm Automatic Marina has a completely high polished case and bezel. This model also has the new easy changing strap change system! In either case you can’t go wrong but if you are looking for something more likely to fit under your shirt and suit cuffs.
