This is a late A serial number Submariner with new style SEL Solid End Link bracelet, books, boxes and papers. Most people think that the newest SEL (Sold End Link) Bracelet was not introduced until P series but in fact the new SEL bracelet was introduced on a very few select A series date submariners. This watch represents one of those special examples. This spectacular specimen comes with everything the most demanding collector would require in an investment grade timepiece including orignal Rolex green hang tag with matching serial number, original Rolex Warranty Certificate, booklets, manuals--even the orignal and now extinct Rolex stainless steel Submariner Anchor. With the exception of the holes on the side of the case and of course no serial number engraved on inside beveled edge of bezel, this watch is virtually identical to the current and latest production Submariners.
